By accessing and using GLM-Image, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GLM-Image is a demonstration interface for the GLM-Image model developed by Z.ai (Zhipu AI).

2. Service Description

GLM-Image provides an interface to generate AI images using the GLM-Image model via Z.ai's API. The service includes:

  • 2 free demo image generations
  • Unlimited generations with your own Z.ai API key at $0.015 per image
  • Text-to-image and image-to-image generation capabilities

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GLM-Image to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people
  • Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service

4. Intellectual Property

Images generated using GLM-Image are subject to Z.ai's usage terms. The GLM-Image model is open-source under Apache 2.0 license. You retain rights to images you generate, subject to applicable restrictions on content created using AI.

5. API Key Usage

When using your own API key:

  • You are responsible for all charges incurred on your Z.ai account
  • Keep your API key confidential and secure
  • Usage is subject to Z.ai's Terms of Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GLM-Image is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
  • Accuracy or quality of generated images
  • That the service will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLM-Image and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove access for users who violate these terms. Z.ai's content moderation policies apply to all generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. For API-related terms, Z.ai's jurisdiction applies.
